You can trust that we will process your order quickly and efficiently, so it may reach you on time & in good order, but we accept no liability for lost or damaged parcels. Any & all liability transfers to you, once we have forwarded the shipper & tracking details to you by email, in the event of a lost or damaged consignment, the receiver must forward all claims to the freight company.
Please ensure that someone is available to sign & accept the parcel at your nominated address, deliveries are scheduled for 1 attempt only, then sent to the closet depot point. If the 1st deliver attempt is unsuccessful then you will then need to make your own arrangements for the parcel pick-up or redelivery with the shipping company, further costs may be incurred.
We dispatch using the shipping method of your choice which is made during the checkout phase when ordering products from our site, though we reserve the right to change the shipping method as best suited. When you place an order, our system will estimate the delivery charges based your preferred shipping method selected, your shipment destination & by the total weight amount of your order.
GST is included in all freight charges.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the event of a lost or damaged consignment, the receiver must make all the enquirers with the freight company for a claim.
