Pipe Inspection Camera Kit – 40mm / 120M
The Camtek Pipe Inspection Camera Kit is a portable inspection system for plumbers, drainage contractors and maintenance teams. Inspect inside pipes, drains and ducting to help identify blockages, visible damage and maintenance issues, then record your findings for customers or future reference.
With a 40mm self-levelling camera head, 120 m push cable and large 10-inch colour monitor, the kit combines live viewing, recording and playback in one convenient system.
40mm Self-Levelling Camera Head
The self-levelling camera keeps the image upright as the head rotates inside the pipe, making it easier to interpret what you are seeing.
The camera features a waterproof design, sapphire lens protection and a 60° viewing angle for examining pipe walls, joints and obstructions.
18 Adjustable LED Lights
Eighteen adjustable LEDs illuminate the inspection area. Control the brightness to suit the pipe material and viewing conditions.
Large 10-Inch Colour Monitor
View live footage on the large 10-inch colour LCD monitor. Review saved recordings directly on the unit and show customers what you have found while still on site.
A video output also allows connection to a compatible external display.
120 m Fibreglass Push Cable
The kit includes a 120 m fibreglass push cable with an 8mm diameter, providing reach for inspecting longer sections of pipework.
The reel keeps the cable organised for deployment, retrieval and transport between jobs.
Video, Photo and Audio Recording
Record inspection videos, capture still images and add spoken observations as you work. Convenient push-button recording and audio controls include an LED indicator for the audio function.
Save footage to USB storage or a microSD card for transfer, sharing and future reference. Videos are recorded in AVI format, and an infrared remote control provides additional control of recording and playback functions.
Camera Skids for Positioning and Protection
The supplied camera skids help position the camera head within the pipe and protect it during use. Raising the head away from the bottom of the pipe can improve visibility and help keep the lens clear of debris.
Rechargeable Battery
The 6,600 mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 3.5 hours of portable operation, depending on use. This allows inspections where mains power is unavailable.
Optional Camera Head with Locating Sonde – Add $500 Including GST
Upgrade to a camera head with a built-in 512Hz sonde for an additional $500 including GST.
A sonde is a transmitter inside the camera head that allows its position to be located underground using a compatible locator. This helps pinpoint the position of a blockage or damaged section identified during inspection.
The standard kit includes a camera head without a sonde. A compatible locator is required to use the sonde locating function and is sold separately.

12-Month Warranty
Camtek reels are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear, including snapped push cables and damage to camera heads or springs caused by use with high-pressure jet cleaners.
This warranty is in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws.
