Compact HD Pipe Camera Starter Kit – 20M
The Camtek Compact HD Pipe Camera Starter Kit is a practical introduction to pipe inspection for plumbers, maintenance teams and property owners. Inspect inside drains and pipework to help identify blockages, visible damage and maintenance issues, then save your findings for customers or future reference.
Combining a compact 20mm camera head, 20m push cable and 9-inch colour monitor, this portable kit provides live viewing, HD recording and playback in one convenient system.
20mm Stainless Steel Camera Head
The camera head features a 304 stainless steel housing and an IP68 waterproof rating for inspecting wet pipe environments. Its compact 20mm diameter allows access to narrow inspection spaces.
The standard kit includes a camera head without a locating sonde, with an optional sonde-equipped head available.
LED Lighting
Nine white LEDs illuminate the pipe interior, helping you examine pipe walls, joints and obstructions where there is little or no natural light.
9-Inch Colour Monitor
View live footage on the 9-inch colour LCD monitor with 1024 × 600 display resolution. Review recorded videos and photos directly on the unit while still on site, making it convenient to check and discuss your findings.
720p HD Video and Photo Recording
Record inspections in 720p HD using MP4 video format and capture still images in JPEG format. The DVR also supports sound recording.
Save footage for customer discussions, maintenance records, or later review. Playback controls allow you to browse recordings directly on the monitor.
32GB Memory Card Included
A 32GB memory card is supplied with the kit, with support for cards up to 128GB. Remove the card and use a compatible card reader to transfer recordings to your computer.
20m Push Cable
The kit comes with a 20m push cable housed on a compact reel for deployment, retrieval and storage. This model is currently available in the 20m cable configuration.
Camera Skids Included
The supplied camera skids help guide and protect the camera head during inspections. Using an appropriate skid helps position the head within the pipe and keep the lens away from the bottom.
Rechargeable Battery
The integrated 12V, 6,000 mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery allows portable operation where mains power is unavailable. A charger is included with the kit.
Upgrade to a camera head with a built-in 512Hz sonde for an additional $350.
A sonde is a transmitter inside the camera head that allows its position to be located underground using a compatible locator. This helps pinpoint the position of a blockage or damaged section identified during inspection.
The standard kit includes a normal camera head without a sonde. A compatible locator is required to use the sonde locating function and is sold separately.
